My name is Lorna and I specialise in Baby Milestone Photography in the Sutherland Shire, Sydney. Here you’ll find all the information you need to your photoshoot.
A Milestone Session is for babies of all ages and stages after they’re newborns. Babies can be photographed at any age and, if newborn photos aren’t your style, a milestone session will capture them just as beautifully as they blossom into their personalities; their smile, laugh, and little interactions are very special indeed. I especially enjoy the 6 – 9 months old stage. Usually at this time they’re just learning how to sit up on their own and hold themselves up. This makes for some very cute photos! Yes! All baby shoots include family and sibling photos. Milestone sessions are done at my newly renovated home studio in Engadine in the Sutherland Shire. If you’d prefer an outdoor photoshoot, please check out my Family Gallery page for photos and information. I allow 1 – 1.5 hours. That’s how long I usually get before the baby has had enough. Milestone Sessions are done in the morning, scheduled around your baby’s sleep schedule. Leading up to your shoot, you can simply give me an estimated time that they’ll wake up in the morning and we can start your shoot shortly afterwards. As soon as your baby wakes from their morning nap, they’ll be so happy and interactive which will result in some lovely and fun photos.
