I have a few favorite locations across the Sutherland Shire that I’m happy to recommend. As you can see from my gallery, they’re all mostly coastal. If you have a special location in mind, please let me know ahead of time so I can check it out beforehand. Most sessions take 1-1.5 hours. It’s important that we don’t rush and we can spend some time getting to know each other and having some fun. All outdoor photo shoots are done at sunset time, so depending on what time of year it is, will depend on what time your photo shoot is. In the middle of summer sunset can be as late as 8.30pm, so meeting at 7.00pm is ideal. During the middle of winter, sunset is as early as 5.00pm so I like to meet at 3.30pm. Your photo shoot will be scheduled for a Saturday/Sunday evening. I only book a limited number of family shoots per month, so booking in early is ideal to secure the date/time of year of your preference. I only do outdoor photo shoots at sunset. All the images you see my gallery have been taken at sunset time and if I was to shoot earlier in the day, then I simply would not receive the same results because the lighting will be so different. Trust me, once you see your beautiful images, it will be worth it! If you’re worried about your child’s bedtime, we can schedule your photo shoot during the months of April to September when sunset will be earlier in the afternoon. In the event of rain or overcast weather, we’ll simply reschedule. Because I only take on a limited number of photoshoots per month, I’ll have lots of availability to change the date that won’t be too far in the future; it may be only delayed by a day or a week, depending on the weather forecast. Please keep this in mind when scheduling your photo shoot – the possibility of the date changing due to the weather. Yes, absolutely you can! Our pets are part of our family and having them included will be a wonderful keepsake as the years pass. I photograph families with dogs at a special location so we can have them safely and legally off leash. Yes, I have a wardrobe full of dresses available for mums. They’re mostly used for maternity shoots, but can be worn for regular wear. To see the dresses available please visit my Client Wardrobe. All dresses range in size. Some of them can stretch well or can be pinned back to suit your figure. If you’d like to wear one, please let me know and and I can assist you with styling.
